Reviews and Ratings
The hotel seems a bit worn down and dodgy with outdated black furniture, but it's conveniently located in Jakarta. The staff were attentive and even surprised me with a birthday celebration, although Arabic-speaking staff would be helpful. The location is quiet and safe, close to new shopping malls. The dining experience offers world-class standards with some room for improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with room for enhancement.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms that are big enough for three, featuring one queen bed and one single bed. However, the rooms seem to be falling apart, and there are security concerns as the door lacks a proper lock. On the positive side, the apartment layout provides ample space for guests.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony, but they had carpet which was different from what was expected. The service was excellent overall, especially Rahman in the restaurant who was very helpful during breakfast. The location was good with easy access to transportation, but some aspects were just mediocre. The facilities were top-notch, but some areas showed signs of being old.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really large and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel is so old that I decided to check out and find another hotel. The service was good, especially from Abdullrzag and Meftah, but some staff seemed bored of their jobs. The location was fine, near the Epicentrum Walk and Plaza Festival with food vendors, yet not meeting the expected 4-star standard. The dining was of world-class standard in the Mezza restaurant but lacked appeal in the main course. The facilities require attention to maintain a four-star standard.
The hotel is conveniently located near Kota Kasablanka Mall and other malls within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with a 2-bedroom unit that comfortably accommodated three of us. The service is exceptional, especially from staff members like Riyan, Fifah, Sarah, Tiana, and Vhia, who went the extra mile, such as surprising me with a birthday celebration. The dining experience offers a wide variety of food choices, although some main courses may not be as appetizing. The facilities are well-equipped, providing everything from room service to shuttle services.
The hotel seems to be falling apart with a dodgy old smell upon entry, and even the manager offered to enter my room in my absence. However, it does come with a kitchen, adding some convenience to our unit.
The hotel is located in the middle of the bustling office buildings of central business in South Jakarta, making it very convenient. The rooms, however, are very small, especially room 1002. The service stands out with the helpful and quick responses from the staff, and there was even a lovely surprise for my 70th birthday celebration arranged by the office manager, Ria Suharlan. The location feels safe, connected, and close to various shopping facilities. On the downside, the dining experience was disappointing. Overall, a convenient location with great service but with room for improvement in the dining area.
The hotel offered a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a lovely view. However, some areas could use a little renovation, and the room temperature was too cold despite adjustments requested.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and black furniture, but some areas need improvement. The service provided by Abdullrzag and Meftah was helpful and pleasant, despite some hotel faults. The location is conveniently close to various amenities and dining options. The dining experience has some variety but could be better. The hotel facilities are decent.
The hotel doesn't live up to expectations. The rooms are very outdated and have a bad smell, and what you see online is not what you get in reality, which was disappointing. The overall appearance looks tired and rundown. However, the service was warm and friendly, and Rahman in the restaurant provided excellent service, especially during breakfast. The location is excellent for both city touring and relaxation but might not suit everyone due to its proximity to a cemetery.
